Carbon Block Characters
Main characters: Carbon Block has high refractory temperature and refractory under load temperature, good thermal conductivity, good resistance to penetration from acid, base, salt; Dimensional Stability under high temperature, high mechanical strength, good abrasive resistance and thermal conductivity.
Carbon Block Application
Carbon Block is mainly used to strengthen the bottom and the upper of the hearth of blast furnace. It is also used in ferroalloy furnace, linings of EAF for producing phosphorus, etc. In addition, it is also widely used in picking slot, electroplating slot of electroplating industry, dissolved slot of the paper industry, the reaction slot, tank of the chemical industry and autoclave of the petrochemical industry.

Carbon Block packing
Products are packed on wooden pallet and then polyethylene film is placed over it, finally the package is tied up with steel strips.
Carbon Block order quantity
The minimum quantity we can accept is 20t but big quantity for whole hot blast furnace with design can be provided.
Carbon Block delivery time
We can begin to deliverer 40 days after receiving L/C at sight.
